Professional EHS Lead Engineer in oil & gas field, received a BSc. in Geophysical Engineering from Suez Canal University. Working as field EHS Gas Manager in APACHE Corporation – Khalda Petroleum Company (Operation Support) where led a team of 40 people across control of work, firefighting and environmental departments, in addition to Safety trainer in several training centers through three Training methodologies, Distance learning & Mentoring, Instructor-led training & Case studies, On-job training & Coaching.
Also, working as member in Technical Secretariat of HSE Supreme Committee that was formed by His Excellency Egyptian Minister of petroleum in purpose of Establishing a robust road map to develop HSE Management programs within Egyptian oil & gas sector, through high-level guidelines.
A strong advocate for Behavior based safety (BBS), and focus on EHS Management System as a framework for regulating EHS for any organization, in addition to Radiation Protection programs for operations & waste management as I serves as Radiation Safety Advisor for Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority (NRRA).
Currently I’m resident in Suez City, Egypt. Working in APACHE fields in Egyptian western desert.
The course is designed to provide a basic understanding of the requirements for preventing or minimizing the consequences of catastrophic releases of toxic, reactive, flammable, or explosive chemicals. These releases may result in toxic, fire or explosion hazards.
The course involves a greater focus on practical activity and discussions to enable learners to better manage process safety within oil & gas industry, drive more proportionate assessment and deliver mitigation that can be more efficiently turned into conditions.
