Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for our training, consultation, and AI solutions offerings. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and pain points.
  4. Present and demonstrate our training, consultation, and AI solutions offerings to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
  5. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs and objectives.
  6. Negotiate and close sales agreements, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
  7. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts on sales performance and pipeline activity to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience selling training, consultation, or AI solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
